Policies & Procedures

1. Cancellations - Should a cancellation be necessary or if you need to reschedule, we request a minimum 24 hour notice. Customers rescheduling more than 1 service will be asked to hold their reservation with a credit card. There will be a 50% charge applied to the credit card for no show. Customers booking with a gift certificate who give less than 24 hours notice will loose half (50%) of the value of the gift certificate. Customers booking with discounted vouchers who give less than 24 hours notice forfeit the voucher.

2. Gratuities- Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Packages and gift certificates do not include gratuity, unless otherwise stated. Discounted Vouchers / Donation certificates will have an automatic 20% gratuity due on the full value of the service, due at time of service. We accept cash, local personal checks and major credit cards.

3. Payment Options- We accept cash, local personal checks and major credit cards.

4. We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescriptions medications you are taking as some services may be contradicted.

5. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize equipment for all services and treatments.

6. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. Some services require you to change into undergarments, so please wear something comfortable.

7. We enjoy children. However, in consideration of other spa guests we request that children do not attend your spa services.

8. Gift certificates are available for purchase, please be aware that they are non-refundable and have a 2 year expiration from time of purchase. Please also be aware gift certificates are the same as cash, if they are lost or stolen, there is no way to replace them.
